Football Desk is for adults only. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over and that following football predictions is legal where you live.

Everything published here is our opinion about football matches. It is not financial or betting advice, and no result is guaranteed — predictions are often wrong. We don't take bets, hold money or work for a bookmaker. Any decision you make, including whether to bet, is yours alone. See Responsible gambling.

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the site, try to break its security or resell its content. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

During launch, every account gets full access for free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll publish their price and terms before anyone is charged, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

The analyses, texts and design of the site belong to us. You're welcome to read them and share links; please don't copy, republish or sell them without permission. Team names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify matches.

We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it as it is, without guarantees. We're not liable for losses that come from using or relying on the content, including betting losses, except where the law doesn't allow that to be excluded.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means accepting it. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in.
